The One Question MAGA Refuses To Answer
The silence is deafening

My home is close to an affluent white suburb in the fire engine-red state where I reside.
One day while passing by this suburb on the way to an appointment, I noticed several of the palatial houses in the area don’t have the standard election campaign signs seen in front lawns during election cycles.
No, these houses are displaying enormous banners emblazoned with “Trump 2024” front and center.
Are these folks compensating for something? One has to wonder.
One banner in particular states: “TRUMP” with the infamous MAGA slogan underneath: “Make America Great Again!”
“Make America Great Again” is not just a slogan, but a rallying cry for MAGA and members of the far right.
But despite their ardent adoption of this slogan used to bolster their claims of patriotism and national pride, MAGA members refuse to answer this one simple yet critical question:
Exactly when was America great?
Can they name the specific era in this nation’s history every citizen can claim “were the good old days?”
Can they describe what life was like in this wondrous, idyllic time period?
