Thanks, Eric checking out my piece - and your kind thoughts! My feeling is Villeneuve, cast and crew did a remarkable job translating a very complex and dense book to screen. It's dnfinitely the onscreen adaptation of DUNE I've been hoping for. In fact, I'm getting ready for my rewatch!
