It's infuriating that you, minding your own business in your home, were being interrogated and possibly placed in harm's way. You handled that situation brilliantly and I'm so glad you made it through that ordeal safely - but it speaks volumes that you had to worry about your personal safety even more so AFTER the police arrived. The police definitely do not "protect and serve" Black people in this country. Thank you for sharing your experience.
