I disagree with you. MAGA and conservatives want to return Black Americans to chattel slavery. Only enslaved Africans were victims of chattel slavery. No other ethnic group experienced it. MAGA and conservatives want to control everyone not them, but they have always considered Black Americans subhuman and beneath them. Saying it's about "all people of color" is yet another tool used to attempt to minimize the uniquely Black experience in this nation. Nope, we're not doing that.
