Denise Prudhomme, age 60, clocked in for work at 7 a.m. on August 16th at the Wells Fargo office in Tempe, Arizona.

Local authorities confirmed she was discovered dead at her desk on the third floor of the building four days later on August 20th. Security notified the police when she was discovered.

Let me repeat: Ms. Prudhomme died at her desk while at work, but her body wasn’t discovered until four damn days later.

How the hell does this happen?

A human being died during business hours in an office, but no one noticed for four days?

Didn’t anyone in management realize she hadn’t clocked out in four days? What about her co-workers sharing the office with her?

Per reporting by USA Today, Wells Fargo employees stated they smelled a foul odor, but most thought it was a plumbing problem or some other issue with the building.

In its official statement, Wells Fargo stated Ms. Prudhoome worked in an “underpopulated area of the building.”
